Unfortunately, I’m also a fan of the iPhone, so I may have to get over it for the near term.

Rocky Lhotka’s books introduced me to the idea of Binding Oriented Programming.  He never used the term (if I remember correctly something I read so many years ago), but he made a very eloquent & persuasive case for the practice.

This is an idea I’ve taught to several people at work in recent years.  That’s worked fairly well, but I suspect it will be even easier if I can point at some useful definitions & examples online.  So thank you, Paul Stovell, for giving a name to Binding Oriented Programming.

I have now moved all my old posts and set up a new WordPress blog. The old Drupal one ran into some trouble when my host upgraded PHP. This is possibly my fault for not keeping it updated. Even so, I already love the interface for WordPress. I have now removed all technical obstacles to blogging again!
